Alhamdullilah kami sekeluarga bersyukur dpt beraya bersama lagi tahun ni...tu yang semua muka happy hehe

The Hague, Netherlands - once upon a time

Exlporing the city on the first day (semangat..tak jet lag pun hehe)

It finally snowing after a few days (while waiting for our cab, sempat lagi ambik gambar)

I was in The Hague in December 2010. Attending course (sent by my previous employer). It was the first time I've been there. Experiencing snow...at the end it was a very heavy winter season that made me and my friends stranded. We were planning to go Belgium, then Paris. We've only managed to reached Belgium. We have to skip Paris or any other countries in Europe as all the train station and airport were nearly stranded.

The Hague is a small city. But due to time and weather constraint at that time, we can't explore much. I made a promise that I will come back (but during a different season of course hehe). Winter is not for me. Its so cold and the road is slippery. Everyday, I saw someone falling while walking even the mat saleh...at least you won't be ashamed if you are the unlucky one ;)

Most of the time, we walked. Only when going to our HQ office, we took either taxi or the tram. Most of local people, will just cycle or walk.

Bike Parking

Our hotel is located at the center of The Hague. It was a good location. Everything is just around the corner. The tourist attraction, the shops and the food. Halal food is easy to find. But only middle eastern food i.e. kebab, nari beriyani etc. We are grateful for that. We also brought some instant food from Malaysia i.e. Maggi.

Most of the shops only open until 6.00 p.m. This is so boring. After our class finished, we only have about two hours to go shopping and window shopping.

This is more of me going down to the memory lane instead of sharing any travelling info about The Hague. It's been quite some time already. Therefore, I forgot most of the details. If one fine day, I go back to The Hague, I will need to study about it again :) 

May I will be able to there again in the near future...inshaallah...amin!

Seoul Garden

Masterchef tengah bz memasak :)

Dah lama baca pasal Seoul Garden ni. Banyak blog yang tulis/review pasal makan kat sini. But I never try it before until last month (Nov 2012) when one of my BFF belanja kami (my other BFF - Jehan and me). 

We went for dinner kat Festival City Mall kat Danau Kota. So many variety of food to choose from, either you want to have it grill or steamboat (sila masak sendiri). I like grill better. The grill food (beef, chicken, prawn etc..) taste so good that I don't need to dip it with the variety of sauce available.

Ada jugak makanan yang dah siap masak macam nasi goreng. Tapi tak ambik pun...sebab takut cepat sangat kenyang kan...rugi la tak makan habis semua ketam, udang, daging, ayam, sotong dll tu kan.

The desserts range from ice cream and fruits. Actually ada gak yang lain tapi lupa dah...Kami makan aiskrim dan buah je hehe. Drinks pun ada banyak pilihan - sejuk dan panas.

For dinner, the charge is about RM40++ per pax. Ok la.Value for money...walaupun for me, dibelanja oleh kawan & bukan bayar sendiri kan hehe

Kasut Vincci

Cantik tak kasut ni? I like it so much. It is so light. The colour also so sweet. Boleh je match dengan apa saja warna baju kan..

Tapi frustnya...I tak beli pun. Sebab size 6 nyer rasa ketat (sakit nak jalan) and size 7 pulak tumit terkeluar bila jalan. Brand Vincci takde size 6.5...they should have it kan??

Moral of the story - Vincci should have size in 6.5 :(

p/s: notice tak kasut ni similiar to Kate's? which Kate? Kate Middleton la hehe tapi dia punya yang femes tu warna dark blue.

TGIF

Clam Chowder

A must order kat TGIF by BFF and me. Cicah dgn garlic bread.....mmm sedap!

Chicken Fajita Nachos

Kalau tak nak makan berat, especially masa petang2, we like to order something light macam nachos ni. Makan sambil borak2.

Crispy Cheesecake

Dessert ni menu baru di TGIF (Nov 2012). Delicious...we like it. Kat luar crispy & kat dalamnya cheesecake yang best!

Kami jarang order menu berat2. Kalau order pun something like roasted chicken or spaghetti. Itu pun kena makan share sebab the portion is big. Lagi best order the entrees (beberapa jenis). The carbonated drinks is bottomless.

The price is acceptable la. For the taste and quantity kan. 

Moralnyer - lambatnya nak sampai Friday!!!!
